In the event evacuation of the premises is necesary the person in charge is required to determine if everybody has left or who is still in the building. This sign in/out sheet keeps track of your employees’ whereabouts. It can also be used for visitors. It does provide space for up to 20 names per sheet covering arrival time, popping out for lunch breaks or other reasons as well as the time leaving the building for the day. If documentation of further employees or visitor is required an additional page can easily be added.
