Midnight Kitchens - rent USDA certified kitchens in off-hours to produce value-added ag products for urban smallholders... (e.g. baked goods, canned goods, etc) to connect franchises who are likely losing market interest with new demographics ...

U. S. Public Houses (franchise concept) ... as people need public places to gather and talk to strangers ... with a focus on non-alcoholic beverages, healthy foods, and positive energy ...

Health

Barefoot Sand Tracks - where people can run / walk barefoot in absence of a beach (which most podiatrists would recommend as there are many pressure points on your feet, and not good to keep them always wrapped up in shoes...) - make look like Japanese Rock Garden at MO Botanical Garden...

Old World Monasteries - I bet a good number of folks would love to get away from the modern world to spend time working with their hands in a quiet peaceful domain with other like-minded people, all while doing the will of God.   Trappist, Cistercian, Benedictine ... Productivity Fitness (aka "ProFit") - gyms that incorporate human-powered mechanical fabrication apparatus into fitness machines (i.e. stamping, cutting, lifting, loading ...) such that the energy exerted during exercise is actually useful for something ... maybe forming & stacking & loading BRICKS?  (DBA "The Brickyard")  and have tractor-trailer loading dock for palletized bricks and side yard for pallet storage ...

Commercial

Unpackaged Resales - buy goods direct from manufacturer in bulk and with no packaging - then resell to consumers who can't stand all the waste in packaging in "CostCo" buyers' club type facility...  ALSO community block purchases (bulk buys & deliveries)...

Bellwether Analytics - employ "average guy" perspective and "window theory of economics" to forecast trends in the marketplace (as average guys are at the heart of major market bell curves) - could also be blog / newsletter to pump related investments (as others do)...

Woods Devil Terra Packs - various pre-packed "bug-out bags" for various situations:  blue (water);  green (land);  red (fire)...  * already available at Bass Pro

St. Louis French Bidet Company - be local seller of bidets to waste stream (and hygiene) conscientious folks...  see this CBS news report on toilet paper!  * gaining traction in Europe & Canada ... (and/or encourage folks to use degradable wipes like parents use with babies)...

Gyroscopic Recliner - an idea to help folks sleep better and relieve pressure on joints by integrating a sleeping recliner into a spherical-framed gyroscopic apparatus that periodically rotates you around all positions including upside down

"Rent-a-Renter" - a humorous cross-market side-hustle staffing service (compliments of John Mervyn McGeown)

Audio Books @ hospitals - to help put folks to sleep in uncomfortable surroundings

Massage Therapists hospital booking agent - because who wouldn't love a massage after surgery??  (or when waiting for a loved one in surgery...) - talk to Erin or Kevin

"Break the Chains" - an effort to limit franchise unit counts to a reasonable size (say a dozen, rather than present status quo of unlimited numbers of fast food brands globally)

Pangaea Puzzle Factory  - a coffee shop with a printing press where folks can bring photos to make puzzles out of, and then put half-finished puzzles on "cookie tray" pan carts to finish later, which would encourage guests to return as patrons (and pictures say 1000 words)...  also a multi-cultural gathering place ...

Mechanic's Concordance - a compilation of components and concepts that an inventor or designer can refer to in order to help prompt ideas ... 

Pneumatic Traffic Signals - traffic signals operated by pneumatic / hydraulic tubes (activated when "speed bump" rolled over by vehicle wheels, with timed slow-release via counterweights or pressure release valves)

"Tin Can Roofs" & re-purposed glass / wine bottle candles - use old soup can bottoms & sides for roofing material (as seen on garden shacks seen in VA...) and glass bottles as windows ...
