Although nutrition and obesity management principles should be incorporated into nearly every GI-based clinical care plan, many gastroenterologists do not feel properly trained to do this. Hopefully this web-based curriculum has provided a basic foundation for nutritional knowledge as it applies to broad GI clinical practice.
