Pre- and Post-Test

Please utilize the links below to complete the GI Nutrition Curriculum Assessment via RedCap survey, as a pre-test before beginning the Nutrition Education Modules and then as a post-test after you have completed all of the curriculum modules. The questions and answer key are provided for your review after completing the post-test RedCap survey. You are encouraged to not look at answers until after completing the post-test in order to avoid affecting the results.

Survey answers are anonymous and will only be used to track utilization and effectiveness of the curriculum. An opportunity to download this content is also possible after completion of each test.
