The Board has decided to reopen the clubhouse for owners and guests subject to the following guidelines:

• Persons entering the clubhouse take responsibility for their personal health and protection.

• North Shore HOA is not liable for possible COVID-19 contact while using the facility.

• The clubhouse may be used for HOA community events and/or private parties. See the Property Manager for reserving the clubhouse for any private parties.

• Small groups may use the facility for meetings, games, crafts, etc.

• Use of the exercise room is permitted. Individuals are responsible for sanitizing equipment before and after use.

• COVID-19 safety requirements should be followed.

• The clubhouse must be cleaned and all used surfaces must be sanitized following use.

Non-compliance with these rules and CDC guidelines could result in the clubhouse being closed. Should the CDC issue more restrictive guidance or the SC Governor issue an order to close the facility, the Board will issue new directives.
