North Shore HOA at Lake Marion Website
The following are the rules and regulations governing Pets & Wildlife at the North Shore Villas on Lake Marion:
Pets
Only 2 domestic pets are allowed in each condo.
When outside, dogs must be on a leash UNLESS under full control of owner and not be a nuisance to others. This includes, but not limited to, approaching others and/or jumping on others.
Dogs ARE NOT allowed to roam freely on the property.
Pets must have current inoculations and registration.
Solid waste, regardless of where it is on the property, must be immediately recovered and properly disposed of.
Nuisance barking or behavior is not permitted and may result in permanent removal of the pet from the premises.
Pets are not allowed in the clubhouse or pool area.
Animals with an aggressive temperament that may be a danger to others are not allowed on the grounds.
No stray animals are to be given food/water or kept on the premise without all necessary inoculations

Livestock
No animals, livestock, or poultry of any kind shall be raised, bred, or kept on any lot at the North Shore Villas on Lake Marion.
Wildlife
Residents and/or home owners are expected to comply with all state & local laws, rules, and regulations governing interaction with wildlife on the grounds of North Shore Villas at Lake Marion and surrounding areas.
Warning: All residents need to be aware that there are alligators in Lake Marion, so be cautious and keep an eye out when swimming or lounging by the shore.
