The following information is provided to residents and/or home owners about the Condo Buildings & Storage Sheds at the North Shore Villas on Lake Marion:
Condo Buildings - Bldgs. A thru F
There are currently 72 residential apartments spread amongst Condo Buildings A thru F. There are 4 apartments per floor and 3 floors per building. Detailed information about the buildings and apartments can be found in the Master Deed for the North Shore Villas on Lake Marion.
The 2 bedroom condo apartments contain approx. 1466 square feet in heated space in addition to a patio of approx. 626 square feet.
The 3 bedroom condo apartments contain approx. 1840 square feet of heated space in addition to a patio of approx. 360 square feet.
The 4 bedroom condo apartments contain approx. 2272 square feet in heated space in addition to a patio of approx. 622 square feet.
Each building also contains a number of common areas such as covered walkways, stairways, elevators, equipment rooms, storage space, etc.
All North Shore Condos shall be used for single-family residential purposes only and no commercial business shall be carried out upon these premises.
Condo apartments may not be divided or subdivided into smaller apartments, nor shall any apartment be added or incorporated into another apartment.
Condo apartments may be leased out by a real estate agency or property management company provided the lease does not violate applicable laws of Clarendon County or HOA rules and regulations.
While homeowners may decorate and/or make minor modifications to the internal space of their unit as they wish, HOA Board approval is required for any major renovations or modifications to their units.
The professional property manager employed by the developer and/or HOA is responsible for supervising all work, labor, services, and materials required to repair and maintain the buildings at North Shore.
Storage Sheds
Some home owners have opted to purchase small storage sheds that are currently located on common property on the other side of the parking lots in front of each building. If you would like to acquire a storage shed, contact Sheena the Property Manager for more details about size, color, costs, etc.
