North Shore HOA at Lake Marion Website
The following information is provided about the Marina & Docks at Polly's Landing assigned to homeowners from the North Shore Villas on Lake Marion with boats:
Docks
Three of the piers at Polly's Marina are owned by the North Shore Villas. Some of the boat docks on these piers have been purchased by home owners for their exclusive use. Other docks are available for rent or use by temporary residents. There is a monthly HOA maintenance fee charged to homeowners that own a dock for their boats.
Boat Ramp
Boat owners can use the ramp at Polly's Landing & Marina to launch their boats for a small fee. The North Shore Marina HOA has no ownership with the boat ramp.
