Reserving Clubhouse & Facilities
Property owners that would like to reserve the clubhouse for a private party need to reserve the clubhouse by contacting Sheena the Property Manager. The property owner requesting the use of the clubhouse is responsible for cleaning up after their use of the clubhouse.
Owner/Guest Parking
Park on Asphalt only, without any part of the vehicle on the grass.
Each unit is allowed 2 parking spaces.
No boat or trailer parking is allowed in front of residential areas, except for loading, offloading, or special circumstances.
Large trucks, campers, RVs, utility trailers are only allowed in front of buildings for loading and unloading. Do not block parked vehicles or access to buildings.
Construction equipment in the parking area requires advance approval from the Property Manager.
No vehicles, except golf carts will be allowed on the grass or beach areas.
All vehicles on the property require valid state registration and insurance.
Violating vehicles will be towed at the owner's expense, after reasonable efforts are made to contact vehicle owners.
Trailers/Vehicles/Boats/etc. may be parked temporarily in designated temporary areas. Complete Temporary Parking Form (Exhibit C) Contact the Property Manager if you have questions.
HOA Clubhouse Office
The HOA Clubhouse contains an office primarily used by the on-site property manager responsible for the operations and maintenance of all buildings and common areas of the North Shore Condos & Villas at Lake Marion.
Clubhouse Lobby & Party Room
The HOA Clubhouse also includes a large lobby and a multi-purpose party room for use by residents and/or home owners at Lake Marion. It contains a variety of furnishings such as couches, chairs, card tables, etc. It also has a small kitchen attached to it that can be used to warm previously prepared food.
Exercise Room
The HOA Clubhouse also contains a room housing a variety of exercise equipment/machines for use by residents and/or home owners, e.g. treadmill, programmable stepper, etc.
Changing Rooms
The clubhouse includes a bathroom and changing rooms for both men and women. Please keep the area clean.
Covered Pavilion
A large covered pavilion with tables and chairs is outside by the pool. There are also several large gas grills there that can be used by residents and/or home owners if needed. Remember there is no GLASS items allowed outside in the Pool Area.
Equipment - Tables, Chairs, etc.
Deck chairs and lounging chairs for sunbathing have been provided for use around the swimming pool. When using them, care should be taken not to damage the chairs or tear the fabric on them. Also, please straighten up the area after using them.

Swimming Pool
The Pool Area is for residents and their guests use only.
Pool operation rules are posted at the pool. Violations are subject to loss of use.
Accessible through the side gate only.
The owner assumes all responsibility for their guests.
All individuals using the pool and pool deck must abide by all posted rules as required by DHEC.
Open pool hours are 8:00 am to sunset per DHEC rules.
Swim at your own risk – no lifeguards are on duty. Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
No smoking or vaping allowed inside the fenced area.
Glass containers for food or beverage are prohibited by DHEC rules. Violators will be fined per DHEC regulations. The pool will be closed by DHEC if any glass container is in the pool area. There is a $20,000.00 fine as well.
Pets are not allowed in the pool area.
No running or boisterous behavior.
Do not move pool furniture.
For hygiene purposes, please lay a towel down on all cloth furniture before use.
Per SC DHEC rules, maximum occupancy in the pool area is 78.
The pool is intended for our community. Please maintain a family atmosphere.
If you bring pool items to the pool, please take them with you when you leave. If you use items provided at the pool, please return them to the appropriate location
