North Shore HOA at Lake Marion Website
The following information is provided to residents and/or home owners about the Common Areas, Parking Lots & Special Purpose Areas at the North Shore Condos & Villas on Lake Marion:
Shore Line & Beach Areas - Lake side of Condo Buildings
The common grounds, shore line, and beach areas between the condo buildings and Lake Marion are there for the use and enjoyment. The grounds are regularly groomed and the trees trimmed up to provide residents with largely unrestricted views of beautiful Lake Marion. No structures can be built on these grounds that will restrict views of the lake. Pets must always be on a leash and always pick up after your pets.
Wilderness Area - Parking Lot side of Condo Buildings
The common area between the parking lots at the front of the condo buildings and Gordon Road, which runs around the property to Polly's Landing & Marina, are there for the use and enjoyment of our residents. This is the preferred area where residents tend to let their pets relieve themselves without having to clean up after them.
Fishing Pier
There is a small fishing pier by the 'North Beach' for use by residents and/or home owners of the North Shore Condos & Villas. Other popular places to fish are from the 'South Beach' or off the boat docks at Polly's Marina.
Walking Paths & Benches
The HOA is continuing to slowly lay out and construct walking paths around the property for the use and enjoyment of our residents. Benches are being strategically placed along the paths so you can stop, sit, and view the beautiful scenery that surrounds the property at North Shore.
Other Special Purpose Areas
There are two kayak storage racks have also been built for use by home owners.
The grounds, including lawn, shrubbery, and trees, are maintained by staff reporting to the on-site property manager employed by the HOA.
The grounds are meant to be used for casual recreational purposes only. Major horseplay or loud boisterous behavior that will disturb other residents is prohibited.
Warning: All residents need to be aware that there are alligators in Lake Marion, so be cautious and keep an eye out when swimming or lounging by the shore.
