DC-09 UDP Transmitter

A developer can build a DC-09 message and transmit it to a receiver or analyzer with this application. This is a simplified, low cost version of the Universal Transmitter.

DC-09 Message Builder

You can generate an infinite number of valid DC-09 message frames with this application. It accepts parameters for the message, and creates a complete message with CRC. The message builder is included with any transmitter tool (above).

DC-09 ASCII/HEX Encryption Tool

Accepts a DC-09 packet in hexadecimal ASCII format and encrypts it with a user-supplied 128 bit key. Block chaining is supported.
