New DSC Fibro Transmitter Tool

Today, North Latitude Technology announces a tool for developers of the DSC Fibro protocol. The new transmitter tool allows a developer to quickly create consistent Fibro messages and transmit them over a network to a receiver. The reply from the receiver is also displayed.
