Pandalatra Telemvii
Minor god of feathered things and flight, worshipped in An-Mòr by some human tribes north of the Sun-kissed Vale, and by all the avian races in the sub-continent of Enotria, Pandalatra appears as a blue-feathered woman with sharp claws, winged arms, and large, gold-speckled, cat-like eyes.
Her clerics can bestow the power of flight upon non-winged worshippers by grafting blue feathers into their skin, but as this flight is sustained by faith, in some cases worshippers struck by doubt while in mid-air plummet to death.
Pandalatra can communicate telepathically over long distances. Her voice is said to be like the sound of the most melodious flute, and for this reason a bard or travelling player who worships her will prefer flutes, fifes, and tin whistles over other instruments. She has a long standing enmity with the Demon God of Pain Asdzugh.
