Bicycle Parking Racks
Bicycle Parking Racks have been installed at Niagara Square for residents and/or guests. The racks are located in an area across from Units 3257 - 3259. Please know, as always, it remains the bike owner’s responsibility for damage and/or theft.
The Niagara Square Condominium Association wishes to recognize and thank Mr. Aldo DeCiantis for his work in facilitating the bike rack project. We invite and welcome the Owners and Tenants to use this most recent improvement.
Thank you,
Board of Niagara Square

Trash Area Problems
1. Dumpster lids must be kept closed after depositing trash to prevent flies, birds, rats, raccoons and other animals from obtaining the food they need to stay alive and reproduce.
2. Do not leave any garbage on Common Areas; take all trash (bagged properly), immediately to the trash area. The Condominium Association strictly prohibits the temporary storage of trash on Common Areas and balconies and front porches. Trash is to be kept in the unit until it is placed at the collection area. Refuse must not be left in any other place.
3. Everything going into the trash dumpster must be put into plastic garbage bags and securely fastened at the top before disposal into the dumpster. Wet garbage should be double-wrapped.
4. All boxes must be broken down and placed in the recycle containers. If boxes are put into dumpsters they must be broken down.
5. TVs are never to be left in the trash area. Televisions, computers, and computer peripherals including monitors, keyboards, external drives and printers must be taken to an electronics retail store to be recycled at no charge.
Anyone who does not obey the Trash Policy will be assessed a penalty. The Trash Policy can be viewed at http://www.niagarasquare.org/trash-document).
Thank you for your cooperation in keeping our living area clean, devoid of trash, and free of infestation.
PLEASE NOTE:
The Condominium Association strictly prohibits the temporary storage of trash on common areas such as balconies or front porches. Carton boxes must be broken down and properly disposed in the recyclable bins.
