Contamination of Recycling Bins
It is of utmost importance that Unit Owners immediately notify their Tenant(s) that ALL TENANTS place the Trash in the proper containers. Recycling Bin is only for recyclables. Any OWNER not complying is subject to a fine as the Trash hauler issues additional charges to the Association to decontaminate the Recycling Bin. Please read the Trash Policy, Disposable of Electronic Devices.
The Trash Policy can be viewed on this website under Trash Policy.
