The Niagara Square Condominium Association consists of 46 total units; one, two, and three-bedroom townhouse-style condos in one and two-story floor plans. It is located less than five miles east of Downtown Pittsburgh.
Niagara Square is situated within the Oakland neighborhood of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Oakland is a mixed residential and commercial neighborhood filled with various restaurants, grocery, retail, and specialty shops. The Carnegie Public Library, Phipps Conservatory, Carnegie Museum of Natural History, the Soldiers and Sailors National Military Museum and Memorial are nearby. Central Oakland shares its border with Schenley Park; a large municipal park made up of 300 acres.
Pittsburgh is home to more than 29 educational institutions, and Pittsburgh hospitals make the list of some of the best in the country. The University of Pittsburgh, Carlow University, Carnegie Mellon University, Chatham University, Duquesne University, Robert Morris University, Point Park University, and Community College of Allegheny County are close. In addition, the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC) and Allegheny Health Network (AHN) provide the area with nationally recognized care.
The Pittsburgh Public School District and Allegheny Intermediate Unit provide services to students attending public education.
