On 10 Feb 1813 (Reg 28 Dec 1861) Samuel Street willed to Samuel Street Jr & James Kerby Execrs 110 acres North of Grove Farm surveyed for Joseph Defield to sell, 100 acres West of & adjoining the farm, now occupied by Joseph Price to sell all of the above lands; he bequeathed to his daughter Mary Ussher, wife of John Ussher 500 acres, the residue of the Grove farm, during her natural life, and after her death the reversion of the Grove farm to the youngest surviving son of his said daughter Mary Ussher; The residue of his estate to be equally divided between the surviving children of his daughter Mary Ussher as joint tenants and not as tenants in common; Lots 19, 20, 21 and 22 Boken Front Concession and part of Lots 20 & 21 Concession 1 from the Niagara River, Willoughby Twp.
