Independent documents will describe the duties and task of each office: Chair Position Description, Vice Chair Position Description and Secretary Position Description. This document may be revised by a majority vote of the Executive Committee to address changing times and varying interests and talents of the people occupying the office at any given time.

The Treasurer, Vice Chair, and Secretary will be signatories on the Board's bank account. The Chair may also fill this role at need.
