BIPOC
Education and Support Programs exclusively for the BIPOC communities
Youth & Caregiver Mental Health Support and Education Workshops
During 2020, this program was developed to help those in BIPOC communities struggling with the COVID-19 pandemic. We are continuing on this effort through 2021 with the support of The Indianapolis Colts.
Youth & Caregiver Mental Health (YCMH) Support and Education Workshops are a free, 4-week education and support program for youth and their families/caregivers. This initiative will provide educational information about mental health conditions, crisis preparation, communication methods, and coping strategies. This workshop series is brought to you by NAMI Greater Indianapolis in partnership with Stop the Violence Indianapolis, Inc. and sponsored by The Indianapolis Colts. Check back for more details on our next workshop!
