NAMI Greater Indianapolis does not refund memberships or payments for special events and/or donations. Memberships are transferrable when notified that a current dues paying member is relocating out of the NAMI Greater Indianapolis service delivery area. Memberships made directly to NAMI Greater Indianapolis, as well as donations, tributes, memorials, reservations, and other requests, are processed as quickly as possible. Notification and verification are made electronically or via standard US Mail unless otherwise requested.
