Some staff members have been reporting that Q is giving the error "Login Not Valid" . This is being caused by your password having expired requiring you to update your password. Please note, changing your password changes your password to Q as well as your Gmail account. After completing the password change, you should be connected, if not please open a Helpdesk ticket.
