First, connect the power source for the document camera. Second,
connect your HDMI Out on the back of the doc cam to the projector (the long cable) and the HDMI In on the back of the doc cam to your laptop. Then, with your USB cable disconnected, turn on your Promethean board and document camera and select the doc cam button on the doc cam. Select Menu on the Document Camera and use the arrow
buttons on the doc cam or remote to select Settings in the bottom right corner of your screen (it might be hiding behind the Promethean board sticker). Use the arrows on the doc cam or remote to scroll to find USB camera and toggle to enable your USB Camera. Then plug the USB cable and
select the computer button on the doc cam.
For sound, it is BEST TO ALWAYS RUN IN COMPUTER MODE. Computer mode passes video and audio through the HDMI or audio cable to the projector. Sound will not go through the document camera, so your Google Meet students will not be able to hear you.
