Festive Fall Activities! 

Teacher Strategy 1: Try a "Thankful Typing" activity

Encourage students to use Typing Agent's Notepad area to either:

• Type a short letter of gratitude to a teacher, classmate, or family member.

• Create a "Top 5 Things I'm Thankful For" list.

• Reflect on how keyboarding helps them - at school, at home, or in their future.

These small gestures make keyboarding more meaningful and help students connect emotionally with the skill they're building. They also give them the opportunity to apply their developing skills to do real-world work with gratitude.

Teacher Strategy 2: Try a festive offline activity

If you have a printer, the Thanksgiving Worksheet found under your classroom's Agent Gadgets provides a wonderful tool to get your students practicing appreciation. This can be an in-class or take-home activity.
