The Academic English class for Fall 2018 was a flipped approach that utilized the university's learning management system provided by iMaxSoft. Although the system menus can be changed from Korean to English there was no English manual to support international faculty. Therefore I created three forms of training, a face-to-face workshop which over half the international faculty attended, an interactive PowerPoint manual that highlights most of the functions of the LMS, and a short video walkthrough to help professors adjust the times of quizzes and video lectures. These materials were shared via email, Slack, and stored in our shared Google drive. This redundancy helped faculty find what they were looking for and provided the support they need to succeed that semester.
