The three passwords should be 142,9999,2783, but i cant get them to work with BABS's database
They may be in the corrupt data bases also in the 16k Customer Datebase section of the prom page
password can be changed with the *199 or RSK mmi command, which implies they are stored in the database
The mmi commnad LSK displays the password for the current logged on level
also need to know where and how to calculate eprom check sum
Below is a table of how the first 8 slots end up on the connection panel (mdf) when ive loaded the BABS database
The data base must store the extension number with each Equip number
So in the database
Shelf 1 slot 1 has an 8 port extension card in it.
so
EN 0 - should have 2109 or perhaps 109 stored against it
EN 1 - should have 2102
EN 2 - 2100
EN 3 - 2101
EN 4 - 2103
EN 5 -2104
EN 6 -2106 perhaps 2107
EN 7 -2105 perhaps 2107
Card Type may be stored in the database by EN number
It looks to me like at the second 8 bit location in eprom ic49 starts a database storing what type of interface is in each equipment number.
Where 01 is EXTN2W
Where 00 is spare
Where 03 is Exch2W
where 05 is ?

Clues about memory MAP
I think the above memory map is for an older version because
it says the database prom is in bank 3 between 32k and 36k - which is only 4 k - but the EEprom is 16k
It also says the ram copy of the database is between 52k and 56k
The offline test
PASS MEM 0 LAST BLOCK TESTED = 150 256 prom card
PASS MEM 1 LAST BLOCK TESTED = 406 256 prom card
PASS MEM 2 LAST BLOCK TESTED = 7 CPU card PROM
FAIL MEM 3 LAST BLOCK TESTED = 9 if I remove the daughter card and perform the test it fails at 8 instead or 9
with BABS database i get PASS MEM 3 LAST BLOCK TESTED = 15 16k
PASS MEM 4 LAST BLOCK TESTED = 315 176 RAM/RVRAM CARD 8 32k chips =256k total
PASS MEM 5 LAST BLOCK TESTED = 16 CPU card RAM ic36 - 2k
PASS MEM 6 (OUT OF RANGE)
PASS MEM 7 (OUT OF RANGE)
PASS MEM 8 (OUT OF RANGE)
PASS MEM 9 (OUT OF RANGE)
I now have it "on line", but cant get the consoles to work or get past the password on the "on line " mmi ( i seem to be able to talk to the off line MMI fine !)
Ive got 3 working pairs of CPU/memory cards (2 x N2.1 and 1 x N2.4 )
But only 1 working version of the config data base
I'm looking for more copies of a database compatible with N2.1 or N2.4
or possibly some older software and databases
I have an Eprom reader which I would like to take backups of any databases / software any one has
