• • Eight or more ear infections in a year

  • 2 or more serious sinus infections in a year

  • 2 or more months on antibiotics without effect

  • 2 or more pneumonias in a year

  • Failure to Thrive

  • Recurrent skin or deep organ abscess

  • persistent Thrush in mouth or elsewhere after 1 yr of age

  • Need for IV antibiotics to clear Infections

  • 2 or more deep seated infections

  • A family history of Primary Immunodeficiency
