Appointment Guidelines:

• • Please take appointment to minimise waiting.

  • Call Hematology Cell on 022 28092927 / 022 28092917 between 11.30 am to 7.30 pm for appointments.

  • Please DO NOT call on Doctors Cell for purpode of taking appointment. Use it ONLY in Case of EMERGENCY.

  • Appointments are given at 15 minutes interval, please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time to avoid clashing with the next appointment.

  • Appointments are also necessary for showing reports.

  • If you decide not to come please cancel your appointment atleast 30 minutes in Advance. we would really appreciate it.

  • Emergencies will be taken on priority basis without appointment.

  • Patient brought without prior appointment will be seen in between appointment cases by turn depending on availability of free time.

  • Some times things do not work out as we Wish; so in case there is chaos due to unforeseen circumstances we hope you will appreciate our difficulties and bear with us. We will do our utmost to prevent undue delays.

  • E mail consultation and advice will also be similarly charged.

  • Please do not keep credit and Clear your pending bills immediately as it is difficult to keep track of credits of all patients.

  • Please collect your Bills on the same day.

  • Cheques are not acceptable as a Mode of Payment.

  • DD are acceptable as a mode of Payment.

  • Please collect your reports and Bone Marrow Slides with in 8 days.

  • Home visits can be best avoided as there is very little a Doctor can do at Home.

  • In case of Dispute or Difference of Opinion please maintain the dignity and honour of Hematology & Immunology Cell.
