Drug Guidelines:

• • Please understand that there are NO MEDICINES WHICH DONOT HAVE SIDE EFFECTS.

  • Some times a Side Reaction to a Drug can be FATAL.

  • Tell us if you are ALLERGIC to any Medicine or had to STOP taking a DRUG because of a SIDE EFFECT.

  • Tell us if you are taking any other PRESCRIPTION OR NON PRESCRIPTION MEDICINES

  • ALWAYS bring all your medications with you in case Doctor need to see the GENERIC details of the Drug.

  • Inform us if you are PREGNANT or BREAST FEEDING an infant or have any other Medical Problems.

  • Your Medications are Prescribed for your Current Medical Problem ONLY. You must NOT use it for Any Other Similar Problems, UNLESS Specifically Directed by US.

  • Any PRESCRIPTION is ONLY VALID till the Dates of Requested Follow UP Review.

  • If you have any difficulties UNDERSTANDING our Prescription please communicate with us at it's earliest with your Name and HC No. and your entire case file along with the Medications.

  • In Order for your Medicine to work it MUST be TAKEN Exactly as DIRECTED.

  • Keep all medicines out of reach of Children.

  • Store your Medicines as directed.

  • We "do not" understand much about ALTERNATIVE MEDICINES (Read Ayurvedic/ Homeopathic, Unani others) so please "Do NOT" Combine any alternative Medicines or Supplements with our prescription.

  • As a Principle "Take as Minimum Drugs as Possible".

  • A Drug in Prescribed with the intention of Helping a Patient and still an adverse reaction can occur. Please contact us urgently in case of Adverse Reaction.

  • At all times we are trying to treat our patients in Good Faith. However an untoward or unanticipated Reaction to a drug or procedure may occur inspite of all Caution.

  • In Case you have Allergic reaction to Drugs Always carry the List of Medications you are allergic to.

  • Beware of Combination Medications.

  • PLEASE DO NOT SUBSTITUTE MEDICATIONS PRESCIBED TO YOU AT THE BEHEST OF PHARMACY.

  • Since Some of the Medications used at Hematology Cell are not routinely available at all Chemists we give you addresses of Pharmacy where you are most likely to get the Medications.
