Video-activities

The Communicative video activities are really charming for all students.

Some keys for been successful in a video activity are:

        1. PRE ACTIVITY: Teach new vocabulary. Create a visual activity, like

a picture match activity, to teach the vocabulary your students will need for

the activity.

        2. WHILE ACTIVITY: Show the video. The video should be a short-

sketch and no longer than 20 minutes. Ask your Ss to observe carefully as

they will be asked about the video later.

        3. AFTER ACTIVITY: Ask Ss to work in pairs and to write down the

questions. Once they feel confident, as they have thought and written down

the questions previously, ask them oraly and make them speak.
