The central objective of this project is to create a miniaturized, microfluidic resistive pulse sensor for simultaneous parallel detection of cell secretome and cell responses to external stimuli. To achieve the goals, our activities were divided into four major parts: (1) develop a thermo-responsive culture chamber, (2) develop an innovative immuno-disaggregation assay, (3) develop a label-free magnetic bead cell assay, (4) develop a micro Coulter counting device to detect target cells. The activities are described in details as follows.
