Annual Membership Renewal...It's your neighborhood, won't you join us!
The Woodrun Neighborhood Association is a Florida not-for-profit, 501(c)(3) organization serving the Meadows at Woodrun and the Meadows subdivisions in southeastern Leon County, Florida.
We believe as residents of a neighborhood we each have a mutual responsibility to each other as neighbors. When we buy a home or choose to live in a subdivision or neighborhood, we make a commitment to our neighbors:
to be respectful of each other and each other’s property;
to maintain our own property so it doesn’t negatively impact our neighbors; and,
to contribute to a neighborhood environment that is clean, safe, attractive and welcoming.
In other words, we commit to be good neighbors!
Feel free to look around, see what we're all about, and join us...it's your neighborhood!

Our park on Bristol Court needs attention. Several trees were damaged during the May 2024 tornadoes. With help from Skip Hood, the Board obtained multiple quotes ranging from $1,800 to $5,000—an expense beyond our current budget. If you are able to donate toward our Park Revitalization Project, we would be extremely grateful. Donate HERE!

We missed you on Saturday, January 24th! Here's a recap of the meeting.
Your Board of Directors was re-elected, and the first quarterly meeting will be February 12th.
We set the date for Yard Sales Saturday! on Saturday, April 25th.
We're working on the date for our spring Neighborhood Crime Watch and Issues Meeting in May.
The text messaging service we have used since 2014 has modified their subscription plans and no longer offers a free account. To be good stewards of our members' dues, we cannot afford to pay a yearly subscription fee, the price of which would consume the dues of three members, alone!
So, we are beginning to use "email-to-text" to send text alerts via email to your mobile number. Each wireless phone carrier handles email-to-text differently and prescribes a unique formatting of your phone number. In order for us to format the text properly, we ask you for the name of your carrier.
Please update your text messaging profile at this survey link. We will continue to be respectful of your personal information and won't abuse the privilege of holding it. Thank you!
