The standing committees of the association are listed below with their purpose, chairperson, and membership. Until they are staffed and operating independently, the Board of Directors will assume the duties of each committee. Members are invited and encouraged to participate on any committee.
Providing for the maintenance, upkeep and care of Woodrun Memorial Park, the real property owned by the Association on Bristol Ct., and the front entrance and medians in the neighborhood, for use and enjoyment by all members, their families and guests

Providing a forum for the homeowners and residents, establishing opinions and making such opinions known to the general public and to County officials on topics of concern, and representing and advancing the common interests of the residents in the neighborhood; encouraging the County to enforce codes, ordinances and laws whose violation degrades the quality of life in the neighborhood; educating residents regarding options for dealing with code, ordinance and law violations that impact their property; participating in the activities of the Council of Neighborhood Associations of Tallahassee-Leon County (CONA) as it strives to better the metropolitan whole of Tallahassee

Conducting periodic review of the Association Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws to insure that the activities of the Association are conducted in conformance with the governing documents, and, when necessary, proposing appropriate amendments to the Bylaws for consideration by the Board and ratification by the membership
