note : mcjJet2 distributed before Sept 18 2014 is only usable with the standard Billboards figure

The new mcjJet2 version should work with any figure ( like the mcjBillboards2 figure )

as long as each "bone" has its own material ( 90 materials for a 90-panels billboard figure )

mcjJet2 for DS 1, 2, 3 was not affected by this issue

mcjBillboards2 is an improved and augmented version of the mcjBillboards figures

the material and node names were changed to get better alphabetical ordering

in Daz Studio's Scene and Surface tabs.

Also you get 10 new "X" billboard figures where each billboard node is in fact 3 planes

using the "X" billboards version you can skip the "face the camera" processing overhead

in mcjJet2 and the "particles" will look ok from any camera angle.

Unzip the file found at the bottom of this page into your daz studio content folder

typically :

c:\program files\daz\studio\content

C:\Users\YOURNAME\Documents\DAZ 3D\Studio\My Library

once installed the prop will appear in your library under

content/figures/mcasual/billboards/

My Library/figures/mCasual/billboards/

It's like any character figure, so you can save your poses and pose-animations

some alternate opacity image/textures can be found in Runtime/textures/mcasual/billboards
