Distorture 2. Dokdo on Danville's Royaulme de Coree

D'anville is the famous caragrapher in Europe before La Perouse sailed Sea of Japan.

His China map have Korean peninsul part which describes Tchain-san-tao and fang-lin tao.

Fang-ling tao means Ulluengdo礬陵島, just a miswriting of 鬱陵島 and Tchain-san-tao is 千山島, just miswriting of 于山島.

See this map Tchain-san-tao is located on southwest of Ulleungdo with midium size. Is it Lianocrut Rocks? NO.

This map is considered that they referenced from Donggok Yeoji Seungram's recognization,

it means, even Korean doesn't know what is Ullengdo and Usando, or one island twin names, or two isalands. After 1694 Korean starts detailed Ulluengdo isnpection, Korean doesn't know Ulluengdo and Usando exactly.

In additon, European recognized the existence of Lianocurt rocks on middle of 19th century so they canot write Liancourt Rocks on 18century map.

anyway, compare the map and real location.

Conclusion,

This map shows nothing. This western map doesn't show Liancourt Rocks is territory of Korea. If Korean claims western map, there are many westen map which Lianocurt rocks is territory of Japan, in addition Ulleungdo is territory of Japan.
