Ingredients
15 Tablespoons Shortening
2.5 Cups Flour
1 Teaspoon Salt
9-12 Tablespoons of Water
Directions
Cut shortening into floor and salt using a pastry knife, until particles are the size of coursed crumbs. Sprinkle with cold water, 1 tablespoon at a time, tossing with fork until all flour is moistened and pastry almost cleans side of bowl.
Gather pastry into a ball. Divided in half. Shape into flattened round on a lightly floured silicon mat.
