3 Large Eggs
1 1/2 Cup Wheat Flour
1 1/2 Cup All Purpose Flour
2Â 1/2 Cup Milk
3/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup Honey
6 Tablespoons Baking Power
In a medium bowl combine all dry ingredients with a whisk.
In a large bowl whisk together milk and eggs until frothy.
Into the milk/eggs slowing pour oil and whisk at the same time to create a suspension.
Add dry ingredients to the suspension and combine until clumps are gone, don't over mix.
Wait 5 Minutes.
