1/2 cup raw sugar
3 tablespoon paprika
1.5 tablespoons onion powder
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon garlic powderÂ
1 teaspoon dry ground yellow mustard
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoons red pepper
1/2 teaspoon celery seeds
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
Combine all ingredients in spice grinder and grind to combine. Store in an airtight container. When applying to pork, coat and massage into the meat.
