Candy Coated Peanuts

• 1 cup sugar

• 1/2 cup water

• 1 pound raw spanish peanuts

• Johnny's Seasoning Salt

Cook in thick bottom pot on medium high, stirring constantly until coated & all water is gone.

Spread on greased cookie sheet. Salt with popcorn salt or Johnny's Seasoning Salt.

Bake at 275 for 15 minutes. Stir and repeat for another 15 minutes.
