Listen to Robert Munsch read his story "Something Good"
Take a timed math facts test (Set the timer for 1 min and work until it rings. You should be able to do 36 problems with zero mistakes in one minute to move up to the next test)
Play a math facts game (this should be the same set of facts you are testing on tomorrow)
Learn about being an aware reader
Do a handwriting practice sheet on the letter U
Watch a movie about how they make monsters in movies
Compare old firefighters to modern firefighters
Review Adjectives
Make cinnamon ornaments or scent-sculptures (Adults: be aware that some children are very sensitive to cinnamon--it can make their hands turn bright red. You might want to get plastic or rubber gloves, or just put plastic bags over their hands while they work, and do NOT let children eat the dough made in this recipe. It can burn their digestive tracts.)
You will need:
Printer and paper
Pen or pencil
Equal parts applesauce and cinnamon (get it at the dollar store or WalMart for cheap)
White glue (optional)
