Hierarchal-Structor Notation

Background:

Back in 2007 I attempted to understand Bowers' Exploding Array Function by creating an array notation of my own: Hierarchal-Structor Notation, #[] for short. After I reached the tenth stage of its development, it was my plan to share it with the world. To that end I created The Large Number Site, but ironically never got around to sharing the notation that inspired it ... until now!
