Kingfisher Lake

Kingfisher is the latest addition to the fishery, constructed in 2000. A center island covered in willow trees gives shade and protection, and an abundance of insect life for the fish. This lake is ideal for the pole angler as the width to the island is only 13 meters and is stocked with different types of carp ranging from 3/4 lb to 3.5 lb. Matches in 2003 have required weights in excess of 90 lb to frame.
