Board of Directors 

The board for Lake Forest Homeowners Association is a volunteer group consisting of residential property owners, just like you.  In lieu of hiring a property management company, our goal is to work with all residents for maintenance, to make it a welcoming neighborhood and to keep it beautiful.

The board oversees the setting and following the yearly budget; maintenance of lights, ponds, common areas, walking paths, signs, golf cart bridges; collecting and tracking of the dues; maintaining the website; providing association updates; and much more!
