Architectural Review Committee (ARC)
All new construction (e.g., additions, fences, pools, new home construction) planned for a homeowner's property must be reviewed by the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) before construction begins. The homeowner must submit their proposed plans in writing to the ARC and include the following:
Type of specific building project
Type of materials and structure
Physical drawing, picture or an example of the finished project
Proposed contractor/company
The ARC will review the request, examine all documents, conduct a physical review of the proposed project, and talk with the homeowner if additional information is needed.
After the review is conducted, the ARC will send a written letter to the homeowner advising their decision to approve or deny the homeowner's building project in accordance with the LFHO by-laws and protective covenants.
Homeowners must allow 10 -14 days for the final response. The ARC will act in a timely manner.
This is a necessary process in order to maintain consistent building standards within the Lake Forest subdivision. The by-laws and protective covenants were established for this purpose.
Please submit requests by emailing LFHA1988@gmail.com or mail to: Lake Forest Homeowners Association, P.O. Box 8352, Paducah, KY 42002-8352
