In 1989, Higdon Development Company created Lake Forest at Rolling Hills.
It is a tranquil community with lots of beautiful trees, ponds, waterfalls and golf cart/walking paths throughout the community that lead to the Rolling Hills Country Club.
It is an ideal place to live, walk, enjoy your neighbors and the beauty of flowering shrubs and trees, and wildlife.
While residents are not required to be a member of Rolling Hills Country Club, there are homes and available lots that border the golf course. The country club offers a challenging golf course, tennis & pickleball courts, an historic clubhouse, meeting rooms and a large, beautiful swimming pool.
