Welcome to the MIDAS research lab of the University Hospital of Tübingen, Germany and the Institute of Signal Processing and System Theory, University of Stuttgart, Germany. Our research focuses on:

• MR-based motion correction procedures applied to PET imaging

• MR acquisition acceleration via Compressed Sensing

• machine learning/deep learning for medical signal processing: artifact detection, artifact correction, quality assessment, semantic segmentation

• visualization tools: IMAGINE, blindfold, MoCoGUI, labeling platform, GadgetronControl

The contributions in here, range from the acquisition over reconstruction to the postprocessing side.

In the spirit of a reproducible research, you will find on these pages the software code of our publications, as well as all necessary documentations.
