Tai Chi is a old traditional Chinese Exercise technique. In Tai Chi you get your movements by relaxing with your breath. It is a highly training of coordination of the body. Tai Chi Yang style is a movement sequence.
I have learned the Tai Chi Yang style from Moritz Dornauf, Darmstadt, Germany. His teachers are from China and USA.
With Tai Chi my body and mind relaxes,as well flexibility and strength is improving.
