I teach exercises since 1994 in small groups for back, spine and posture. The content of the exercises is a sum of my experiences from dance since 1972 until today, my dance education, my education in physical therapy, several certification trainings in exercises management, Acupoint Massage , Tai Chi, Qi Gong, pelvis floor exercises, Feldenkrais, and Pilates. I emphasis awareness in our movement as well as include background information in anatomy, acupoints, and meridian functions in my lessons.
