Larger engineered items are tracked by their Data Sheet number which may or may not entirely match the Work Breakdown Structure number. In addition not all WBS items result in Data Sheets as many WBS codes cover soft items such as training and are accounting categories. The Data sheets should always be included in the Integrated Systems & Equipment List which is an inconsistent subset of the WBS.
In cases where neither the WBS nor the ISEL are sufficient to track project data and elements a Configuration Management List can be used to include elements like software versions and splits as well as the merger of the WBS and ISEL lists. This requires Yet-Another-List which is this deliverable.
