TNA transcriptions

Although unreleased for the moment, I have compiled an edition of merchant letters from, primarily, The National Archives of the UK (TNA) at Kew, in London. Many of the manuscripts I have photographed and transcribed have turned out to be tangential to my topic, and are not included in my edition. However, I feel that since I have taken the trouble to photograph and transcribe them, I ought to share them, as having them available online will be convenient for other scholars working on the same period.

These following documents are available at present (although there's much more, if only there was time to polish them for release):

- The index to SP 9/150, a letter-book of Sir Robert Cecil, 1605-1611. Includes a normalised version of the index.

- The index to SP 9/213, a letter-book of Sir Charles Cornwallis, 1605-1607 - together with some transcribed letters from the letter-book itself. Includes a normalised sortable version of the index.

- The index to SP 106/1-3, ciphers of the reign of Queen Elizabeth I.

- The index to SP 106/4, ciphers of the reign of King James I.
