By learning to simply watch our thoughts without pushing them away or becoming entangled in them, we become familiar with our habitual tendencies and open to the spacious potential our minds are capable of creating. This workshop is for anyone who wishes to expand their awareness by freeing the mental chatter of their mind, leading to greater clarity and perspective.

Mindfulness provides a means of recognizing emotional states in ways that allow us to be fully present with the emotional experience through gentleness and kindness, rather than reactivity or resistance. By looking at emotions through the lens of curiosity, we invite ourselves to transform emotional energy in ways that lead to greater clarity, compassion, and freedom. This workshop is for anyone who wishes to explore a deeper understanding of emotions, while cultivating a sense of resiliency and gratitude in the process.

Heartful qualities of kindness and compassion are the foundation to feeling more connected to ourselves and others. When we pay attention through patience and nonjudgmental awareness, we develop mindful appreciation for our experiences just as they are. Through kind awareness, our feelings of separation from others begins to soften, and we bring the same caring process to ourselves in response to life's ups and downs. This workshop is for anyone who wishes to explore our interconnectedness and grow more balanced relationships with self and others.
